Relaxation and culture are to be found at Casmene, colours and flavours from an ancient land

In 1996, Rossella and Raffaele developed a hospitality corresponding to the ancient culture of this land and its Greek heritage and feeling that is very much their style. In this land the guest is sacred and Rossella and Raffaele’s hearts are generous.

The farm is located in the centre of the estate, which include grazing meadows and beautiful woods full of chestnut trees, oaks, pines and cypress trees. In such a scene it is easy for our guests to encounter at sunset our wildlife: rabbits, foxes, partridges and pheasants. In this valley the river Anapo is born which is the lifeblood for some 25 water sources, all natural trace minerals emanating from the property.

At Casmene, under a spring sun, those who study herbs and medicinal foods, those who go trekking, those who eat healthily, those who stay with friends or capture the beautiful landscapes in bloom, the atmosphere is sacred.

But our good fortune, that of the gift from nature, to us, is not enough. Our commitment to creating a place in which to live in complete relaxation, has allowed us to create buildings that are in total harmony with the landscape.
